The point of doing hard things is to become the kind of person who could achieve them.

It’s a teachable, learnable and executable skill”

Everyone loves a good story - whether it's a tale of adventure high in the Arctic Circle tackling hurricane force winds in -40c or time out in the world’s highest Buddhist monastery nestled in the Himalayas.

I’ve spent over a decade sharing stories of soaring success, crushing failure, extreme adventure and the human experience - from schools to board rooms across the globe.

Stories are the perfect vehicle - they bind communities, store knowledge, preserve customs and cross boundaries. They serve as the perfect backdrop for delivering insight, triggering reflection and inciting discussion. Whether the story is presented simply as that, a tale of great adventure, or as a vehicle to frame lessons around personal growth and adaptation, the development of mindfulness and discipline, dealing with failure and adversity.

My goal is not just to inspire but to spark deep thought and reflection as well as challenge and deliver a few hard truths - all through the medium of raw, honest and captivating adventure.

A captivating blend of science, philosophy and wild adventure to bring something entirely different to the stage. The goal is to spark deep reflection and questions that drive change.

People don’t need another motivational poster or 5 point plan - they need evolution.
